Endolift® in London with Dr Hasan Benar

Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser treatment that tightens loose skin and reduces small pockets of fat from beneath the surface, without cuts or stitches. At Dr Elif Clinic on Harley Street, every Endolift® treatment is performed personally by Dr Hasan Benar, a dermatologist who has performed more than 3,000 Endolift® treatments since 2019 and is the first author of a peer-reviewed 234-patient study on Endolift-based skin tightening published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology (2024).

Endolift laser treatment under the chin at Dr Elif Clinic, Harley Street, London

What Endolift® treats

Lower face and jawline (early jowls, loss of definition), under the chin (mild double chin), the neck (loose skin and horizontal neck lines), the eye area (mild eye-bag fullness) and small areas of laxity on the body such as the inner arms, knees and abdomen. Whether Endolift® alone is right for you, or whether a combination such as Endoskin® gives a better result, is decided at consultation.

How Endolift® works

Endolift® uses a 1470 nm diode laser delivered through an optical fibre thinner than a hair, passed under the skin through a tiny entry point under local anaesthetic. As it moves, the laser gently heats the deeper layers of the skin and the superficial fat: fat is reduced where it is unwanted, and the skin's collagen fibres contract and then rebuild over the following months. The result is a firmer, more defined contour that develops gradually and looks natural. The device we use is the Eufoton LASEmaR® 1500, the system described in our published study.

The procedure takes 30–60 minutes depending on the area. Some tightening is visible immediately; the main improvement develops over about 4 months as new collagen forms. Most patients return to work within 3–4 days. One session is usually enough, and there are no dressings or stitches.

Why patients choose Dr Benar for Endolift®

Dr Benar is the first author of one of the largest published clinical studies of Endolift-based treatment (Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology 2024;23:2574–2580, PMID 38544427), cited by later peer-reviewed research. Most Endolift providers describe their experience in numbers of cases; a peer-reviewed study means the protocol, patient selection and outcomes were reviewed by independent dermatologists before publication.

Dermatologist-performed

Dr Benar holds a dermatology specialist qualification and treats skin every day. Endolift® is an internal skin treatment, and understanding the skin layers matters.

3,000+ treatments since 2019

Dr Benar has performed more than 3,000 Endolift® treatments since 2019, every one personally. There is no delegation to nurses or associates.

Honest assessment

Endolift® is not a facelift. If your laxity is too advanced for it, Dr Benar will tell you and suggest a more suitable option.

Who is the best doctor for Endolift® in London?

There is no official ranking. Look for a doctor who performs the treatment personally, has documented Endolift®-specific experience and, ideally, has published on it. Dr Benar is a dermatologist who has performed more than 3,000 Endolift® treatments since 2019, has published a peer-reviewed comparative study on Endolift-based treatment and performs every Endolift® at our clinic himself.

How long does Endolift® last?

The fat reduction is permanent: fat treated by the laser does not come back. The skin-tightening effect lasts around 2 years in most patients, and the treatment can be repeated when natural ageing continues.

Endolift® or Endoskin® — which is right for me?

Endolift® alone suits patients whose main concern is fat reduction and mild laxity. Endoskin® is Dr Benar's own published protocol — Endolift® combined with injectable poly-L-lactic acid (a collagen stimulator) in the same session — and is considered where volume loss and skin quality are also part of the picture. In our comparative study, the combination produced better tightening and remodelling than Endolift® alone.

Does Endolift® hurt, and is it safe?

The area is numbed with local anaesthetic; most patients feel pressure and warmth rather than pain. Temporary swelling, bruising and mild numbness are the most common side effects. Burns and uneven results are rare and are mainly related to technique, which is why the operator matters.
