Endoskin® is a non-surgical skin-tightening and remodelling treatment developed by Dr Hasan Benar. It combines the Endolift® laser, which works beneath the skin to stimulate collagen and retract loose tissue, with an injectable skin booster that strengthens the skin and shortens recovery. What Endoskin treats

How Endoskin works
Endolift is a laser delivered through a micro-optical fibre thinner than a hair, inserted just under the skin under local anaesthetic. The laser energy contracts the connective tissue and stimulates new collagen, so the skin gradually tightens over the following months. In the same session, Dr Benar injects a skin booster into the treated area. The booster hydrates and strengthens the skin, supports the collagen response and reduces post-treatment swelling — which is why Endoskin patients typically recover faster than with Endolift alone.
Results build gradually as new collagen forms over the following months. One session is sufficient for most patients, and there are no dressings or stitches.
Why combine Endolift with a skin booster?

Who performs the treatment
Every Endoskin procedure is carried out personally by Dr Hasan Benar, a GMC-registered dermatologist trained at Hacettepe University, at a CQC-registered clinic on Harley Street. Dr Benar developed the Endoskin protocol, published the research on it and has performed more than 1,500 procedures.
Is Endoskin painful?
The area is numbed with local anaesthetic; most patients describe pressure and warmth rather than pain.
