Endoskin® is a non-surgical skin-tightening and remodelling treatment developed by Dr Hasan Benar. It combines the Endolift® laser, which works beneath the skin to stimulate collagen and retract loose tissue, with injectable poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a collagen stimulator, in the same session. What Endoskin treats

How Endoskin works
Endolift is a laser delivered through a micro-optical fibre thinner than a hair, inserted just under the skin under local anaesthetic. The laser energy contracts the connective tissue and stimulates new collagen, so the skin gradually tightens over the following months. In the same session, Dr Benar injects poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a collagen stimulator, into the treated area. PLLA supports the skin's own collagen production over the following months, adding to the tightening and remodelling effect of the laser.
Results build gradually as new collagen forms over the following months. One session is sufficient for most patients, and there are no dressings or stitches.
